yes babyface has collabed with some of the hugest names in music and written their songs. he also has a slew of solo hits. big name in the 80s and 90s. more behind the scenes today. but google him. huge. and iconic.
As an elder millennial who grew up listening to babyface, i leave chappell out of this. her music is wonderful and deserves to be celebrated, too. it’s unfortunate she’s the name who innocently got dragged into this debacle.
I feel that the person nudging her from behind doesn’t get enough of the responsibility. Were they her superior? Did she had to follow orders from them and got flustered ?
very true. it was her producer but like still it should have been handled differently. i do agree she may have gotten flustered on the fly, which is why i think it’s more a lesson and not necessarily a firing. it was poor execution across the board
No offense, but your entire article loses a measure of credibility when you describe the Associated Press as “the most factual, straightforward, well-respected, non-biased of the bunch.”
AP is a biased cesspool. They have less integrity than the National Enquirer.
